FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
No problem! PayPal will let you check out as a “guest” and you don’t have to set up an account with them if you do not wish to.
I am interested in some scarves but want to pay with cash or check. Now what?
If you wish to pay by any means other than credit/debit cards, we ask that you stop in at the shelter and place your order with our friendly front desk personnel. If you are purchasing our regular cheesy scarves, you can take them home the same day! If you are purchasing personalized scarves, you would need to pay for them in advance and return to collect them at a later date.
I purchased some personalized scarves online to pick up. When can I do this?
Once we have received payment for your scarves, we will go to work personalizing them as soon as we are able. We will call or email you for pick up!
I purchased some regular scarves online to pick up. When can I do this?
We have a ready inventory available for anyone to pick up their scarves at their convenience. If you have paid via credit card or check, we will call or email you when your payment is processed.
Some scarves are different shades of yellow. Why is this?
In an effort to keep up with demand, we were required to purchase material from several different sources – and still do! Think of each scarf as being their own unique works of art!
At the end of my order checkout with PayPal, I forgot to make a shipping choice. Now what?
Customers must go through all checkout screens before being asked to select a shipping method (USPS or pick up). PayPal checkout screens allow you to select a shipping method, but do not force you to do this in order to complete the transaction. Therefore, many people are hitting the “checkout” button before choosing their shipping method. No worries! If you are not able to pick up your order at our Green Bay, WI location, please call (920) 437-3766 and give our friendly staff your credit card information. We will then charge your credit card only for that shipping amount – and presto! Your order will be shipped within a few days!
I want to have names embroidered on my scarves. Now what?
We are now offering PERSONALIZED embroidery (up to 8 characters including spaces) on the scarves, in addition to the customary “Go Pack Go” embroidery. After adding your items to the cart, click the check out with PayPal button. If personalized text is ordered, add your personalized text during checkout in the field marked “Personalization Text (up to 8 Characters) Add”.
