What You’ll Be Doing

- -Anticipate what volunteers will need and prep the kitchen and service area before each shift
- -Help ensure every volunteer leaves feeling appreciated and excited to come back
Inventory Management
- -Keep food storage areas neat, organized, and rotated
- -Follow standard operating procedures so everything is easy to find and ready to use
- -Help keep work areas free of clutter and safe for everyone
Food Safety
- -Practice excellent personal hygiene and safe food handling
- -Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing methods
- -Maintain daily food safety policies, procedures, and required department logs

- -Like working as part of a team and pitching in wherever needed
- -Are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned
- -Are friendly, dependable, and care about people
If you’ve ever thought, “I want my job to matter,” this is that kind of job.
