Transitional Living
Safe and Supportive Environments
Sometimes residents need extra time and care in order to transition out of homelessness.
Communal living in a structured environment can be the perfect solution before living on their own.
We provide onsite housing in 20, single-occupancy apartments with a maximum stay of two years, along with programs designed to resolve the issues preventing their transition to permanent housing. Five of the available apartments are dedicated to serving military veterans.
To enter the transitional program, residents must apply and pay a monthly program fee. This allows them to establish a housing expense within their budgets and still have complete access to the supportive services the shelter offers.
